Kalyani Stampings has a sound infrastructure fully equipped with relevant machines to manufacture pressed & Fabricated components and Tools &Fixtures.
KALYANI STAMPINGS PRIVATE LIMITED has installed Mechanical and Hydraulic Presses ranges from 40 Ton to 250 Ton Capacity in the stamping shop . KSPL has got other general EngineeringFabrication Machineries like SPM CO 2 welding machines ,Projection welding machine, VMC, CNC Turning Centre , Robotic Welding machine , CNC Profile cutting machine for supply of parts in fully fabricated, machined and assembled condition.
Also Kalyani Stampings has got a full fledged tool room right from design facility with Solid Works neeringand complete facilitiesfor ,reengineeringmachining ,assembly, development and trial activities .
Manpower is a valuable asset for an industry . KSPL has got well trained Managers , Engineers , Tool Makers and Press Operators .They are having hands on experience in design & development of press tools and Sheet Metal pressing Operations .
